Cancellation fees.
In case of cancellation:
a) from the day of booking up to 35 days before the arrival date: free cancellation
b) from the 30th to the 21st day before the rental start: 25% of the rental price
c) from the 20th to the 11th day before the rental start: 50% of the rental price
d) from the 10th to the 4th day before the rental start: 75% of the rental price
e) from the 3rd day up to the rental start and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price
No refund is given for late arrival or early departure.

And for those who like, the beautiful surroundings can also be explored by bike; the house inventory includes four mountain bikes that are always ready for a sporty adventure. The direct access to the house is via a gravel road about 600 meters long.
