Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by registered letter or email with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to the Manoir des petites Bretonnes.
1. Cancellation before 91 days before the start of the holiday: Refund of sums paid.
2. Cancellation between 90 and 35 days before the start of the holiday: The 50% deposit remains the property of the owner and will be converted into a credit note for another stay if the accommodation is re-let for these dates.
3. Cancellation before 35 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the price of the stay is due to the owner and will be converted into a credit note for another stay if the accommodation is re-let for these dates.
4. In the event of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date or in the event of a shortened stay, the sums paid will not be reimbursed and the owner may re-let your accommodation.
