Cancellation policy
Before the start of the rental period, you can cancel the rental agreement at any time. It is in your interest to cancel in writing, and the cancellation becomes effective on the day it is received by the Coquelicot service office. In the event of cancellation, Coquelicot charges a fee, which is 30% of the total rental amount if the cancellation is made up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, and thereafter 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot manages to rent the property during the period originally booked by you after the receipt of the cancellation notice, the fee in the latter case is reduced to 50%. These costs can be covered by travel cancellation insurance if desired.
