The house is single-story and features 3 double bedrooms with new, high-quality bedding (1 double room with a 160×200 bed + 2 double rooms with 2 beds 90×200 each), each with its own bathroom.
Another sleeping option is available in the living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people (160×200). The living room also has a large-screen TV, DVD player, and tuner. From here, large windows lead out to the terrace. The beautiful kitchen, open to the living room, lacks nothing. With its wine cellar and American fridge, it offers high-quality amenities: breakfast set (Senseo coffee machine, kettle, and toaster), cookware, kitchen appliances, cutlery, pretty plates, and various glassware (lemonade glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, digestif glasses). The house is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning (temperature adjustable per room).
The accommodation is situated on a 6000 m2 property, which includes two other lodgings that are adjacent to each other but do not face each other and have private areas. Outdoors, tables and chairs are set up on a beautiful terrace shaded by a majestic oak, an ideal spot for your aperitifs and meals. A covered area also allows for outdoor cooking, with a gas plancha and a pizza oven. A private pool (8×4 m, 1.40 m deep) with a whirlpool feature is secured by an electric cover. You can cancel the rental agreement at any time before the start of the rental period. It is in your interest to cancel in writing, and the cancellation becomes effective on the day it is received by the Coquelicot service office. In the event of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges a fee, which is 30% of the total rental amount if the cancellation is made up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, and thereafter 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot manages to rent the property during the period you originally booked after receiving the cancellation notice, the fee in the latter case is reduced to 50%. These costs can be covered by travel cancellation insurance if desired.
