Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation, Coquelicot will charge an expense allowance which amounts to 30% of the total rental amount up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date and 100% of the total rental amount thereafter. If Coquelicot succeeds in renting the property in the time you initially booked after receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, the expense allowance in the latter case is reduced to 50%. If desired, these costs can be covered by travel cancellation insurance.
