    Our villa is located on a private, quiet and peaceful area, quite away from the national road and the country road so there is no disturbance at all ! Rethymno the capital of the prefecture of the same name. It is located on the north Mediterranean coast between the prefectures of Chania and Heraklion. The town of Rethymno still maintains it’s old aristocratic appearance. Rethymno buildings date from the 16th century with arched doorways, stone staircases, Byzantine and Hellenic Roman remains, a small Venetian harbor and various narrow streets. The town of Rethymno offers great amusement, such as small bars near the seaside, clubs, restaurants and many small picturesque taverns.
    Getting there
    You can go by plane or ferry to Chania or Heraklion. After that you get by a hired car, that we would appreciate to offer further to the direction of Retyhmno. You will get a detailed description for the drive to the house.

    Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Olia in Prines verbracht, die Villa sowie die Außenanlagen waren sauber und gepflegt, der Zustand entsprach den Bildern der Homepage. Der Hausmeister begrüßte uns sehr freundlich und stand für Fragen zur Verfügung. Eine sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage zum entspannen und erholen!

    Wir haben im Juni 2022 eine Woche zu siebt einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Olia verbringen dürfen. Die Vermittlung durch Familie Kirmaier hat bestens geklappt. Vor Ort hat uns Stella bestens betreut. Bei Ankunft waren einige Getränke, etwas Obst und ein selbst gebackener Kuchen vor Ort. Im Laufe der Woche wurde uns dann sogar noch ein leckerer Nachtisch vorbeigebracht. In der Villa hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sogar eine elektrische Luftpumpe war vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit dem integrierten Pool und den reichlich vorhandenen Liegen war echt das Highlight. Sehr zu empfehlen sind auch die, in nicht mal 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichenden, Tavernen in Prines. Uns hat es dort super geschmeckt. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.
