The property is located about 700 metres from the large beaches of La Nartelle. Here you will find numerous beach restaurants as well as jet ski rentals etc.
The next beach restaurant is about 50 meters away, shopping facilities in about 2 km.
From the property you can reach the village of Les Issambres at a distance of approx. 2.3 km and Sainte Maxime at a distance of approx. 3.5 km.

Die Villa Bartavelle liegt direkt am Meer. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war traumhaft. Das Haus ist für eine vierköpfige Familie ideal. Man muss warme Temperaturen mögen, da das Haus nicht über eine Klimaanlage verfügt. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Grundsätzlich ist die Ausstattung gut. Für Bettwäsche, Badetücher und Pooltücher musste zusätzlich vor Ort bezahlt werden, was bei den Mietpreisen eigentlich unnötig ist. Ebenfalls waren notwendige Utensilien wie Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Abfallsäcke oder Abwaschschwamm gar nicht und Toilettenpapier oder Spülmittel nur spärlich vorhanden - es musste zuerst eingekauft werden. Doch es war eine super Woche und wir denken gerne an die Woche in der Villa Bartavelle zurück und hoffen auf eine Wiederholung.

Dieses Jahr wieder im Haus in Traumlage mit jetzt 4 Erwachsenen. Man ist jedes Mal überwältigt, wenn man das Haus betritt und das Meer vor sich hat.
Aber:
Das kleinere Zimmer stellt sich als zu eng für 2 Erwachsene dar: das Dachfenster war fest verschlossen und nicht zu öffnen (wohl Einbruchsicherung). Es blieb uns im Minizimmer nur ein kleines Fenster zum Öffnen. Damit konnte man bei der Hitze leider nicht durchlüften. Wir haben dann nach der ersten schlaflosen Nacht eine Alternative gesucht und auch gefunden.
Alles Andere bleibt davon unberührt. Ein wunderbares und gepflegtes Haus in Toplage. Schöne Einrichtung,
Gepflegter Garten.
C. Boots Maxime Service prima und sehr zuvorkommend.
Fazit: Tolles Haus für 2 Erwachsene, vllt noch 2 Erwachsene und 1-2 Kinder.
Und wir kommen zu zweit wieder.
