The holiday apartment Le Camelie is located on the ground floor of one of the two buildings that belong to a private residence in Menaggio.
In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, there is a bright living room. The kitchenette is integrated into the living space. It is a dream in black and white lacquer and is very well equipped.
The dining set as well as the sofa (sofa bed) and the other furnishings were put together by a Milanese interior designer. Beautiful paintings and selected decorative objects complete the picture.
The spacious bathroom is also very chic. The private terrace is furnished, a beautiful place for an extensive breakfast or a good glass of wine in the evening.
The apartment includes a reserved parking space in the garage. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. A small dog is welcome.

The residence, which consists of two peacefully situated buildings, includes a spacious pool area with a sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, and umbrellas. This area is exclusively accessible to guests of the residence. From the pool area, guests can enjoy an impressive view of Lake Como. Menaggio and the lakeshore are about a 10-minute walk away. In the town center, you'll find all sorts of shops, restaurants, a piazza, promenade, and more.
Upon booking, you will receive directions. A car is recommended, but arrival by bus is also possible.

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. For a cancellation up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not utilized, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list.
