The vacation apartment in Taormina impresses with its good location only 1 km from the historic center, combined with a magnificent sea view and beautiful interior. Of course, you can also use the large sun terrace with pool and sun loungers.
On the balcony overlooking the sea, and on good days even to Calabria, you can excellently taste the Mediterranean delicacies of Sicily, prepared in your fully equipped kitchen. The modern furnishings with wireless internet, air conditioning and washing machine leave nothing to be desired.

The most famous tourist destination in Sicily is the picturesque town of Taormina. The most beautiful sights are Isola Bella and the ancient Greek theater overlooking the volcano Etna. The historic city center offers with many restaurants, bars and boutiques.
A highly recommended excursion in the immediate vicinity is the Gorges of Alcantara. A river that has cut its way through the lava rock of Etna, leaving behind breathtaking structures.
We recommend the airport of Catania, which is only 70 km away. From here, take the E45/A18 highway towards Messina and exit at Taormina.

The Tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be made in writing. In case of withdrawal, the Tenant must reimburse the Landlord for damage in the following amounts:
• In case of withdrawal within 60 days before the beginning of the stay, 30% of the total price,
• In case of withdrawal between the 59th and the 30th day before the beginning of the stay, 50 % of the total price,
• In case of withdrawal between the 29th day and the day before the beginning of the stay, 80 % of the total price.
In any case, the legally valid date will be that in which the withdrawal was notified. Amounts already paid will be taken into account. A replacement person may be indicated, who will enter into the conditions of the contract. To this end, notice in writing will be sufficient.
