This attractive and modernly furnished apartment is quietly situated, just outside the center of Cadzand-Bad and only a few minutes' walk from the beach and sea. It is located on the lower floor and has two bedrooms for a maximum of 4 people. A baby could possibly come as a 5th guest: one of the bedrooms has a crib.
Layout: Outside, you take the stone stairs down to the entrance door of this apartment. The living room has a seating area with TV, a dining table, and a modern open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a washing machine.
At the end of the hallway are the bedrooms, bathroom, and toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and a crib. The bathroom has a shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.
You can park your car (for free) in the driveway next to the house or in a public parking lot on the street. A maximum of one dog is allowed.
This apartment can be rented per week, midweek, or weekend. In the high season (July-August), it is only available per week with Saturday as the arrival and departure day. Outside the high season, Monday, Friday, or Saturday can be the arrival and departure day. Other days on request.

Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and for sun worshippers - the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year.

If the tenant cancels an agreed rental contract for any reason, there is an obligation to pay compensation to the landlord in the amount of the rent or a part thereof.
Cancellations by the tenant must always be made in writing (by mail or email).

From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start of the rental, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the start of the rental, we will charge 100%. In addition, you will also pay €35 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any monies paid will be refunded. To avoid discussions, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with an (travel) insurance company.
